A real service desk, from first line to architecture.

Not a queue of scripts. Our service desk works to defined standards and escalates cleanly, so the right person handles your problem, whether that is a password reset or the design of a new platform.

L1 First line The day to day requests: access, devices, email, and the quick fixes. Answered promptly by people, not a phone tree.
L2 Second line Deeper troubleshooting across applications, networks, and Microsoft 365, owned end to end until it is genuinely resolved.
L3 System administration Servers, cloud, identity, and infrastructure, kept patched, monitored, and maintained to a documented standard.
