Our supply chain is predominantly established technology companies and professional service providers operating in regulated markets with low inherent risk of modern slavery.
4 Our Policies
Recruitment and Employment
- Verify identity and right to work of all employees
- Pay at least National Living Wage with fair compensation
- Do not use forced, bonded, or involuntary labour
- Do not retain identity documents or require deposits
- Ensure written contracts of employment for all staff
Supplier and Procurement
- Conduct due diligence on new suppliers before contracting
- Include modern slavery clauses in contracts where appropriate
- Prioritise suppliers demonstrating ethical commitment
- Reserve right to terminate relationships with non-compliant suppliers
